And, of course, weddings & styled shoots planned to the tiniest perfect detail, with blooming bouquets, bursts of laughter and all the guests busting out moves on the dance floor! But missing all that stuff pales in comparison to missing your friends and family.

And yes, we know there are hundreds of weddings in New Mexico every year, but still we maintain our stance: Lesley + Dan’s soiree was unlike any other.

Need more proof? Check out the couple’s silly, yet delightfully coordinated socks! Paired with cute and comfy shoes to make the whole look super intentional, yet less serious than the strappy sparkles you usually see gliding by on a bride’s feet. Or Dan’s floral tie! Which, for the record, looked incredible with his blue tux, especially when he was serenading his now-wife during the reception. (Yes, you read that right, Dan is part of a barbershop quartet, and he sang a special song for his blushing bride. It. Was. Magical.)

If that’s still not enough to prove how unique their day was, take a peek at the food situation they had going on. It was a pizza bar, people! Custom pizzas cooked fresh and piping hot in a traditional brick fire oven on site, and signature cocktails to boot. We couldn’t be more in love with their wedding!
